E-Comm’s salary range for emergency / non emergency call taker and dispatcher roles

Police/Fire Dispatchers $60,483.99 – $71,236.13 $30.21 – $35.58
Central/Charge Dispatchers (Senior Roles) $65,646.01 – $77,254.32 $32.79 – $38.59
Trainers $65,646.01 – $77,254.32 $32.79 – $38.59
Team Leads $58,091.82 – $68,340.36 $29.02 – $34.14

*2018 rates, as negotiated by E-Comm and CUPE 873-02

Excludes:

  1. Overtime (paid at 1.5x or 2x hourly rate per Collective Agreement)
  2. Statutory holiday pay (2x hourly rate)
  3. Shift differential for hours worked between 1800hrs-0600hrs (.90 per hour).
