Helping to save lives and protect property, E-Comm—the largest 9-1-1 centre in B.C.—is responsible for 88% of the province’s 9-1-1 call volume; approximately 1.35 million calls. Our customers are emergency responders and the residents they serve throughout Metro Vancouver and 24 regional districts spanning from Vancouver Island to the Alberta and U.S. borders, to north of Prince George.
Our employees dispatch for 35 police and fire departments, operate the largest multi-jurisdictional, tri-service emergency radio system in the province and provide technical support to police, fire and ambulance through a variety of applications and support systems.
