Through our 9-1-1 call centre, our wide-area radio network used by police, fire and ambulance personnel, and our integrated dispatch services for police agencies and fire departments, E-Comm provides emergency communication services in Metro Vancouver and 25 other regional districts across B.C. E-Comm is the largest 9-1-1 centre in British Columbia and is responsible for 92 per cent of the province’s 9-1-1 call volume.
